Where is the list of pinned start menu and taskbar items stored in Windows 7

You can find pinned apps in:
%AppData%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar
and for the start menu apps go to:
%AppData%\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\StartMenu
